Euroimpianti designs and builds dip tanks which can be integrated into our complete systems or in personalised coating cycles.

Liquid coating in dip tanks represents an ideal and simple solution in finishing products of particular dimensions, and is a guarantee of good covering even of the most difficult shapes, since it ensures uniform coating layers. Besides, dip coating technology has gained remarkable success thanks to the introduction of solvent-free water paints, and has eliminated the past risk of fire break-out.

Dip tanks can be made of black-painted sheets or of steel, as required. A solid profiled structure surrounds the whole chamber to contrast the hydrostatic thrust it undergoes.

The tank shape has been carefully designed, both for the piece inlet and outlet inclination, in order to minimise the quantity of paint being used and guarantee perfect and uniform coating of the products to be treated.

The bath is subject to constant and homogeneous stress by means of a series of suitably oriented ramps and nozzles, which guarantee ideal recirculation of paint. The recirculation is performed by means of centrifugal pumps with a cast-iron impeller. The pumps are installed outside the tank and are easy to maintain.

Dip tanks can be integrated into complete continuous or manual coating systems.

The tanks can be placed on ground-mounted guides to enable exchange of two adjacent tanks. This makes it possible to quickly change the colour and facilitate the maintenance outside the production line.

It is possible to cover the tanks with a sheet structure equipped with vapour exhaust fans that eliminate paint odour which may be generated by the liquid coating process.
