Powder pressurized booths
Euroimpianti designs and builds pressurised powder booths, to be integrated into our complete systems or in the existing coating lines.
The coating booth is made up of a structure of smooth insulating panels that guarantee easy internal cleaning.
The air taken from outside by the centrifugal fan, passes through a manifold and is conveyed in a distribution exhaust hood over the operator. The air intake can either be through a floor-standing system or by using filter walls along one side of the booth. In the former case the air vertically descends towards the floor and spread over the operator and the piece . In this way, the overspray which does not accumulate on the piece is eliminated.
The correct quantity of inlet air guarantees the correct speed of the air which is ideal for a correct coating.
Our pressurised powder coating booths can also be connected to recovery systems, by connecting out cyclones/dedusters to the system. Failing this, the powders shall be directly sucked by the filter unit which is made of cellulose filters. The filters are provided with a self-cleaning system that depends on rotary devices powered by compressed air. These devices remove the powder which remains on their surface and drop it into a special collection reservoir. On the other hand, the air is exhausted by means of a discharge unit supplied with an absolute filter.
The pieces may either access through manual/automatic doors at the side of the booth, in correspondence to the automatic movement of an automatic system, or a front access may be arranged for manual coatings.
The various Atex approved lamps inside the booth, guarantee the operator to have perfect lighting and visibility. One or more ceiling guides may be arranged to hang the pieces to be treated with swing trays.
