Euroimpianti builds pressurised liquid paint booths which can be integrated into our complete systems or in existing coating lines.

The coating booths are made up of a structure of smooth insulating panels that guarantee easy internal cleaning.

The air taken from outside by the centrifugal fan, passes through a manifold and is then conveyed into a distribution exhaust hood over the operator.

The suction wall is installed on the side of the booth. This wall is made up of pre-filtering cells and a ventilation unit. The correct quantity of inlet air guarantees the ideal speed of the air needed for a correct coating.

Paint-stop rolls are placed in front of the suction wall, so that when they are to be replaced, the only thing to do is to unfold the roll and remove the clogged part of the filter.

The pressurised liquid paint booths can be integrated into complete continuous or manual coating systems.

In the latter case, one or more ceiling guides may be used to hang the pieces to be treated on customised swing trays.

The extracted air is then filtered and exhausted outside, in full compliance with environmental standards.

The pieces enter through manual/automatic doors at the side of the booth, as a continuation to the pieces finishing cycles, or a front access may be arranged for.

The Atex approved lamps in the work area, guarantee the operator to have perfect lighting and visibility.
