Euroimpianti designs and builds dry liquid coating booths which can be integrated into our complete systems or in existing coating lines.

The dry liquid coating booths are made up of a structure of carbon steel sheet panels which create a chamber with the suction element on its front wall. The floor is made up of powder-coated steel grate under which the paint-stop filters are housed. These filters are used to trap the overspray produced during the coating operation. In the same way paint-stop rolls are placed in front of the suction wall, so that when they are to be replaced, the only thing to do is to unfold the roll and remove the clogged part of the filter.

The suction wall is made up of:

• Pre-filtering unit: which represents the lower part of the group, and is made up of a series of throw-away synthetic-fibre filtering cells. The filtering surface has a size that guarantees adequate extraction and perfect filtering, thanks to its conformation which represents a progressively higher density compared to the air flow.
• •Ventilation unit: which represents the upper part of the group, and is made up of exhaust centrifugal fans.

The dry liquid booths can be integrated into complete continuous or manual coating systems. In the latter case, one or more ceiling guides may be used to hang the pieces to be treated onto customised swing trays.

The extracted air is then filtered and exhausted outside, in full compliance with environmental standards.

The smooth steel surface of the booth guarantees easiness in cleaning the work area, and the Atex approved lamps in the work area, guarantee the operator to have perfect lighting and visibility.

We produce booths of all dimensions in order to satisfy the needs of our customers. We also produce booths with small suction walls, which are ideal for small size articles or for sampling. These walls can be integrated into the continuous production lines.
