Automatic powder booths
Euroimpianti designs and manufactures automatic powder booths of the last generation. These booths can be integrated into all our complete systems or in existing coating lines.
Our supplies may include dielectric powder booths (DS series) which make it possible to remarkably increase the recovery of the overspray that accumulates on the pieces, and carbon steel powder booths (CP series).
External powder booths have a closed central body dedicated to automatic coating by means of reciprocators, guaranteeing thus a localised environment with high capacity of suction and overspray recovery; pre and post booth manual stations make it possible to put the final touches to the coated pieces and to work in a clear environment.
Perfect visibility of products that need finishing touches is guaranteed by the use of lamps incorporated in the structure roof, which illuminate the booth body and the external stations. The powder application is guaranteed by the special care taken in providing the booths with limited-height grounds in order to guarantee perfect vertical suction air flow.
The powder booths may be supplied with a recovery system having a cyclone separator and a final self-cleaning filter, as well as a recovery reservoir and an integrated vibrating sifter. The booths may be perfectly integrated into all manual and automatic electrostatic casting systems manufactured by the best producers in the international market.
Internal booths have guns controlled by reciprocators and manual finishing stations, which are all placed inside the booth body. The correct booth suction capacity guarantees the operator to work in a comfortable environment.
The booths passage silhouette reflect those foreseen for our standard systems. However, and upon request, Euroimpianti can manufacture all kinds of powder booths, even those used for large size products.
We also manufacture moveable powder booths to support several booths. Upon request, these booths may also be removable from the production line to guarantee easiness in colour change.
