Pre-treatment tunnel
Euroimpianti designs and manufactures pre-treatment tunnels which can be integrated into all our complete automatic systems or in customised finishing cycles.
The pre-treatment cycle directly depends on: the physical features of the product to be treated; the surface substances to be removed; and the final product finish level. In fact, the performed cycles guarantee higher resistance of the paint adhesion to the product in laboratory tests, such as “salt spray”.
Thanks to our consultants’ experience, we are capable of providing you with very careful conformation analyses of the products to be pre-treated, and of their surface pollution level. We shall also be capable of supplying you with the best technological cycles in order to obtain ideal finish grade at the next coating process.
The system modularity makes it possible to perform cold or hot operations, as required, in order to satisfy all needs. Euroimpianti has always upgraded its products in accordance with the latest discoveries in surface treatment sciences, and it proposes full treatment cycles: from the most innovative nanotechnologies to traditional treatment cycles with iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, chromatisation, etc.
This way, and based on the quality to be obtained and the pollution level of the piece, we can perform two or more subsequent stages. Our engineering experience enables us to provide you with ideal cycles in the minimum space.
All the liquid collection tanks are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, and are provided with a mains water supply fitting with automatic level devices; overflow system; regenerable metal filters. External fans are installed to extract the fumes in the hot stages. These fans are equipped with removable metal filters which facilitate the air condensation.
Our heat exchangers are designed to offer high energy efficiency, and are equipped with electronic thermo-regulation controlled by level probes which interrupt the work if the chamber is not covered in water.
Euroimpianti has always been environmentally friendly, and it offers a wide range of accessories for its pre-treatment tunnels, to be used in treating and regenerating the wastewater. For this reason, the collection tanks can be connected to the purification and demineralisation with water recirculation.

Our treatment tunnels work with waterfall technique. Starting from the last stage, this technique makes it possible to reuse the water to supply the previous treatment tanks, and guarantee thus a remarkable water, heat, and chemical product saving.
