Flash-off tunnel
Euroimpianti designs and builds flash-off tunnels which can be integrated into all our complete systems or in customised finishing cycles.
Flash-off tunnels are foreseen particularly in liquid coating, during the phase between the coating and the entry into the polymerisation oven.
The structure may be made up of press-formed and painted steel sheets or of insulated panels.
The chamber is heated at 40°C with a plenum, in order to guarantee uniform heat distribution.
Fume exhaust fans are installed along the chamber to discharge paint vapours, if any.
