Euroimpianti designs and builds softwares used in assessing the quality control of the coated products, with the possibility of saving and printing out the data necessary to manage the quality of an internal system.
The supply may need the creation of a complete work station (pc-monitor-printer) on the system itself, in order to manage single batches of products. An intuitive graph shows the position of the batch during the finishing cycle. The graph shows also, in real time, the working temperature of the different phases and the presence of various utilities (for example, the pre-treatment tunnel pump in case of cycles that necessitate the use of some pre-treatment stages only).
When the production starts, the operator’s the duty is to enter the batch data. The operator may save the data of batches which periodically recur in equal finishing cycles, and merely update their quantities.
Besides, the software shows, in real time, temperature trend graphs of each single work order. The system highlights the work orders with different colours, so that the operator can check their position in the finishing cycle at any moment.
It is possible to enter personal order codes, which is a numeric value that is then transformed into a bar code in the final report of the work order.
At the end of the cycle, it is possible to view the data recorded by the system. Data are to be modified in case of faults. Besides, it is possible to save the data entered for each single work order.
The system allows the creation of a pdf-format certificate which may be handed over to the final customer. This report, completed with graphs, includes the description of the technological cycles for each particular work order, together with the relating temperature and different cycles holding times.
It is also possible to supply the final customer with the post-production analysis of the finished product, such as gloss and thickness analyses (performed with one single simple instrument), which are important parameters to prove the quality. Euroimpianti supplies measurement instruments or detailed analysis in its in-house laboratory.
