Powder tanks
Euroimpianti builds powder tanks used for the collection of overspray powder coming from the cyclone/deduster systems that are connected to the coating booths exhaust systems.
The tank supply is placed on the cyclone base, and it collects from above the powder particles coming from the booth exhaust system. These particles have granule size that makes them suitable for recovery. Powder with granule sizes ranging between 10 and 15 microns are sent to the dedusting filtering unit which is made up of pleated cellulose cartridges that are automatically-cleaned by means of rotating devices powered with compressed air.
A pneumatic vibrating sifter is installed at the tank opening. The sifter separates the powders that pass from the cyclone to the tank. The use of tanks dedicated to each single colour represents an ingenious solution that guarantees not only continuous recovery of excessive powder, but also the possibility to have powder available to supply the guns, without the need to use pneumatic pumps in transferring it from the cyclone to the tank.
