Powder trolleys and sieves
Euroimpianti manufactures manual powder trolleys and ideal sieves for manual coating lines, for an easy and fast change of color.
The system consists of a lightweight and sturdy trolley on wheels, with a vibrating inclined plane on which the color commercial box is directly placed.
An adjustable dip provides for the draft from the bottom of the powder box which, thanks to the vibrating system, is constantly sifted then the air/powder stream is carried to the manual gun.
This adjustment is done through a simple control module for regulating of the air/powder mixture capacity to the gun.
The control module provides for separated flow regulators for air and powder, with respective gauges, and amperage and voltage regulators with meter in Led graduated scale.
In addition, there is a regulator for an air auxiliary use for equipment cleaning, ideal in case of frequent color changes.
