Proportional dosing
Euroimpianti provides proportional dispensers to install on our surface treatment lines, for an automatic dosage of chemicals products in various technological processes.
Baths which contain treatment products must be continuously replenished, whether phosphodegreasing or nanotechnological products.
For this reason the use of proportional dispensers represents a good and convenient solution to guarantee a pieces treatment constant in time and in keeping with certain standards.
The product dosage (expressed in l/hour) is easily adjustable with an external ring nut changing the injection rate. The product dosage is always proportional to the water network volume, regardless of variations in flow and pressure.
Proportional dispensers without electricity are operated by the motive power of water passing through the same one. Also in small quantities the water passage acts on the piston engine activating the dosing piston which draws the product and delivers it in the water pipe.
