This is the main aim of Gianluca Baruffaldi, the Owner and Sales Manager of Euroimpianti Srl, Mario Ferro, General Manager of ITW Gema and Andrea Perelli, Sales Manager of Pulverit Spa. They combined experience and expertise, then they made their first technical workshop dedicated to all of players involved in the sector.

 

In Milan, Friday Nov. 18, the three companies show the coating operators and customers their work and technologies. The workshop (opened by Henkel) found interest of companies operating in the paint field (manufacturers of metal products, coating contractors, consultants in this sector) and coming from all over Italy.

 

Technological cycle - surface treatment of manufactured goods, choice of coatings, their application and coating process - is a source of debate today. The research and development have allowed to attain a significant quality, from the result and the process optimization point of view. Nowadays, on the other hand, what market requires is a reduction of environmental impacts for the urgent European rules adaptation and on the other hand a reduction of energy costs because of their incision on the cost of the industrial cycle.

 

In the occasion of this, Euroimpianti presented its patent on the system of IR-UV powder coating, for the polymerization of powder paint. The company is finally able to provide a concrete answer to those who refine their products only with the liquid paint (producers of manufactured goods assembled with electrical components inside). The technology used, thanks to the numerous advantages in terms of time, consumptions and quality, is valid for those who need to optimize and reduce the cost of the production process, too. For anyone interested, two complete systems are available at the company showroom (in Valeggio sul Mincio – Verona) for testing and practice tests with ultraviolet rays.

 

The workshop found a favorable opinion of the present public. At the beginning of 2012, the program of upcoming events will be presented.
