Komby multiline powder coating plant for finishing of pieces with maximum dimensions of W 2m x L 6m x H 2mThe system consists of:
- Manual washing booth with air filtration, walkable grate surface and and washing wastes collection tanks.
- Centralized cleaner system, equipped with automatic reel steel, stainless steel nonthermal spears and brackets. Skimming device with specific chemicals and rinse at low pressure.
- Static drying/curing oven with forced circulation of hot air, with side room for the heat exchanger.

Continuous powder coating plant with UV technology for metal products finishing, with the maximum dimensions W 0.5m x L 1m x H 0.75mThe plant consists of:
- N°1 automatic powder booth with internal manual stations and powder extraction/recovery Atex system.
- IR/UV oven for powder polymerization, using Euroimpianti proprietary technology, for the perfect finishing of three-dimensional products.
- Monorail overhead conveyor roller 37 with an average speed 3 m/min adjustable.
- Electrical control panel touch-screen.
Unlike the traditional hot air drying at 200°C, IR/UV process allows to get excellent finishes at relatively low temperatures (90-130°C), making the ideal process for many thermo-sensible manufactures, making an ideal process for many thermosensitive products (such as pumps, motors, electricity, piston ...) already assembled.
This system is available to customers who would like to approach themselves the reality of UV powders and discover its advantages (reduction in production times, plant dimensions and energy savings).
