When customer's request is more demanding and local dimensions permit it, "Komby" series expands itself thanks to its modularity and it separates washing and coating area, increasing the productivity.

• Komby compact

Komby compact configuration provides a single cabin for washing and coating stages. During washing step two motorized blinds close booth front access and hide the back wall suction creating a grid closed box with suction, ideal for washing / degreasing charges treatment.

During coating phase motorized blinds rise and a towel establishment occurs on the grating floor to over-spray collection. At the end of the process dust collection is easily completed to the hood wall.

Cycle particularly provides:

spare charge (1) -> washing (2) -> drying (3) -> coating (4) -> firing (5) -> cooling, spare discharge (6).

 

• Komby standard

Komby standard configuration doubles its potentialities with 2 separated cabins to washing and coating, increasing its productivity.

Oven has sliding doors on both sides of the accumulation chamber, allowing little scales passage from washing to coating booth.

 

Cycle particularly provides:

spare charge (1) -> washing (2) -> drying (3) -> coating (4) -> firing (5) -> cooling, spare discharge (6).

 

• Komby multiline

Komby multilinea configuration increases its productivity, developing deep.

Treatment cycle elements (washing car, ovens, coating car, possible accumulations) overlook a central corridor where little scales holding chucks movement is.

A special safety system allows rails perfect views, during spares movement from one stage to another one.
