The plant consists of:
- Pre-treatment tunnel 5-stages in stainless steel.
- Drying oven combined with curing oven and inlet air curtain systems for heat containment.
- N°1 automatic powder booth with with internal manual stations and powder extraction/recovery Atex system.
- Curing oven with forced hot air circulation, with lower room for the heat exchanger and inlet air curtain systems for heat containment.
- Monorail overhead conveyor roller 45 with an average speed 0.5 m/min adjustable.
- General synoptic control panel.
