Each line consists of:
- Double dip tanks with recirculating paint in stainless steel, movable for quick color changes.
- Flash-off tunnels with vapor recovery, between the phase of liquid coating and curing oven.
- First curing oven with lower room for the heat exchanger and inlet air curtain systems for heat containment.
- N°1 automatic powder booth with internal manual stations and powder extraction/recovery Atex system.
- Second curing oven with forced hot air circulation, with lower room for the heat exchanger and bell configuration for heat containment.
- Monorail overhead conveyor roller 45 with an average speed 2.5 m/min adjustable.
- Electrical control panel touch-screen.
