As for back as 1983 we started to plan and to build the first installation of vertical powder coating for aluminium profiles at the Novellini Spa company in Mantova.

Since that time, Euroimpianti has made great strides forward, with the installation of vertical plants in Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.

The vertical coating plants for aluminium profiles are complete of:

- superficial tunnels of treatment multi-stadium, cycles of conversion with chromium and without chromium.
- Self-cleaning booths of painting with quick change of the color
- Groups of automatic painting powder center
- Gelling by ir-gas ovens 
- Ovens of paint polymerization with warm air
- Tank for hook paint stripping by ultrasonic system
- Systems of loading and unloading aluminium profiles

                                 

THE QUALITY Our plants are planned for the respect of the indications supplied by the certification with Qualicoat product. Such certification undertakes to define some minimum qualifications which allow who paints a handmade article to offer, to its final customers, a prestazionale guarantee. .
