Euroimpianti designs and builds manual washing booths which can be integrated into our manually-handled complete systems or in customised finishing cycles.
The washing is performed inside a booth equipped with a flue filtered exhaust system, on a raised or buried walkable grate surface, with the washing wastes collection tanks underneath.
The operator has a front access to the booth which has internal lighting and manual or automatic shutters, in order to create an isolated surrounding ideal for the pre-treatment of the products. The booths may also be equipped with washing waste recovery automated systems or throw-away systems. In the former case, the water of the collection tanks is conveyed into storage reservoirs where the wastewater is purified. This way, it is possible to reuse the water and dispose of the waste.
The washing is performed manually through a low/high pressure lance which makes it possible to easily shift from the low pressure degreasing phase to the high pressure rinse operation using mains water. A two-step injector makes it possible to easily and immediately extract in two reservoirs of different chemical products by means of a two-position lever. A product storage box is placed outside the washing booth to guarantee the operator greater freedom of movement.
Our manual washing booths are ideal in the treatment of large size products or of article with special structures, which might not be correctly pre-treated in in-line automatic cycles, as is the case in daily small batches of products or in sampling. The booths are usually associated to manual or semi-automatic systems. Thus, the surface treatment level is strictly linked to the operator’s manual skill and experience, in order to obtain excellent finish levels.
- Baking ovens
Euroimpianti designs and builds baking ovens which can be integrated into all kinds of our complete coating systems or in customised cycles. In automatic finishing cycles, the oven is adequately sized to guarantee perfect paint polymerisation, in accordance with the piece features and the requested production capacity.
During the testing phase, and whenever requested, we provide detailed analysis of the holding temperature inside the oven, in order to guarantee heat distribution in a uniform manner, as considered ideal for the chosen paint type polymerisation.
The oven has forced hot air circulation and is equipped with an incorporated generator in which the smoke circuit is fully separated from the heat exchange air. Therefore no combustion products are emitted into the environment. The oven is basically made of two chambers: the first one houses the heat exchanger which has free expansion/running capacity; the second is the passing and accumulation area for the pieces to be treated.
Particular care has been paid to the design and making of the external panels, in order to minimise heat loss to the outside, and to the combustion chamber, in order to maximise the thermal exchange contact time and obtain thus the maximum efficiency possible.
The winning characteristic of our ovens is their modularity, makes it possible to highly reduce installation time, and gives large possibilities of expansion in case of future increase in the quantities or dimensions of the pieces to be treated.
The electronic thermal regulation is guaranteed by an industrial probe tele-thermometer which directly acts on the burner. Besides, a safety device protects the exchanger against overheating in case of ventilation shortage.
The heat preservation during continuous automatic running, is guaranteed by the oven outlet and inlet air curtain systems which are provided with air speed adjusters to guarantee the heat preservation without having an effect on the still unpolymerised pieces.
In case of automatic or manual lines, the heat is preserved by means of automatic or manual sliding doors/wings. The other option are bell ovens whose structure guarantees heat preservation and ensures low consumption and loss. We also produce soaking pits to be associated to galvanic systems
- Manual powder booths
Euroimpianti produces manual powder booths with front access, to be included in our manual complete systems or existing paint lines.
The paint booth consists of a structure of steel panels of carbon steel, creating a room whose front wall is provided for the filter element. This filter are equipped with cartridge filters with automatic cleaning by compressed air.
The appropriate size of the aspiration power of wall filter ensures perfect extraction of the over-spray that is not deposited on the piece, the powder is then conveyed into tanks, with easy access and maintenance.
Can be provided one or more guides on the booth top for hanging pieces to be treated.
The air drawn through the booth fan is then filtered and expelled outside the room, in full compliance with environmental standards. May also be included dust recovery systems, connecting the system to groups cyclones / blast of our production.
The smooth steel surface ensures easy cleaning of the booth, and the presence of ATEX-certified lamps inside the booth, ensuring perfect lighting and visibility to operator.
We manufacture any size booths, to meet any customer request, even small walls ideal for small pieces or usable as sampling booths to be associated with continuous production lines.
Euroimpianti provides manual trolleys and manual guns for easy movement of the operator into the booth.
- Manual conveyors
To satisfy all needs, Euroimpianti designs and builds customised manual conveyors, from simple single-rail rings to manual trolleys to semi-automatic multi exchange systems, with the possibility of load swing tray accumulation.
For small daily productions or for maximum loading freedom, we offer customised solutions to handle the most various kinds of articles. We have manufactured simple single-rail conveyor rings equipped with manual trolleys, equipped, if necessary with rotating hooks or manual exchanges to create accumulation areas.
For heavy loads we have produced Morris manual conveyors to move manual swing trays.
In the side example, it is the operator who manually pushes the swing tray inside the static oven upon having the necessary number of pieces to fill the oven accumulation chamber. The trolley is provided with a joint that enables the swing tray to rotate, and guarantee thus greater possibility of accumulation inside the oven.
- Control panels
Euroimpianti designs and builds electrical control panels which facilitate the full control of all the coating technological cycle phases.
The PLC-managed Euro 90 control panel, is a simple device, thanks to its touch-screen monitor which easily manages and automates all the coating system.
A software remarkably reduces waste of energy, and optimises the system parts start and shutdown.
Besides, each electrical control panel is equipped with a door-stop main switch, contactors with magneto-thermal motor protectors, and an emergency push-button.
We produce customised touch-screen multi-language electrical panels which manage, control and monitor all the work cycles. In particular:
- Manual operating mode: for independent switch-on and off of each single utility.
- Automatic operating mode: for fully automatic switch-on and off of the whole system, with relevant cooling times.
- Temperature management: to adjust and monitor the values of the different hot processes (degreasing tank, drying ovens, baking…)
- Graphic management: to view and extract process values for 12 months.
- Time management: to count and save the work times of the different process utilities (burners, conveyors, chain lubricators).
- Alarm management: to view and record the system operating faults, with alarm reset instructions (thermal cut-out, burner alarm, conveyor stop alarm).
- Quality management: arrangement to connect to our quality management system software.
