Komby is the ideal system for painting small and large pieces, with production of small quantities. A powder or liquid coating complete system, with manual movimentation.
Komby is the sole plant which makes it possible to paint a small number of items of any size during a serial, perfectly modular and fully expansible complete cycle.
Komby, manufactured in 7 models, is designed for those firms that need high-quality painting of their pieces, when their quantities are not considerable, and their dimensions are variable or particularly bulky.
Komby is fit also for those companies that have large production plants, but have to waive bulky pieces owing to a physical limit of the plant, or when small quantities are not cost-effective due to continuous colour changes.
Komby has been designed and built to the most exact standards for environmental protection and energy savings. Special care and attention has been focused on the construction of the insulated panels used for building the curing and drying ovens. Another unusual aspect is the construction of the “immersion” type heat generators with zero condensation, providing the highest possible combustion yield.
