Euro Compact Extensions
When customer request is more demanding and the local size permit it, Euro Compact series expands itself thanks to its modularity. Discover its possible extensions:
• Euro Compact Standard
Euro Compact in its Standard version includes a coating and curing powder phase in a furnace bell, ideal cycle for products that do not require pre-treatment of the initial surface.
The pieces are arranged in a horizontal arrangement through special little scales in the cargo area. Special storage devices may be provided for pre-loaded with more little scales to treat.
Then the conveyor with a handling step shall move sling on the coating line, in booth traversable range of paint. So sling is heated in a curing oven hood and at the end of the process in a storage/cooling zone for the treated parts discharge.
Euro Compact modularity can be considered even more coating booths, avoid interrupting cycle for possible color changes or for finishing details that provide two finishing coats.

• Euro Compact Finishing
Euro Compact in its Finishing version includes the addition of a surface treatment automatic cycle than the finishing standard model. The ability to integrate directly into the surface treatment cycle stage can reduce time and personal than solutions that provide treatment plant to complement coating line.
As previously mentioned Euro Compact modularity can provide even more booths, so you cannot stop working cycle for any color changes or for finishing details that provide two finishing coats.
Pre-treatment occurs through a twice crane carrying racks in sequence with the spare which have to be treated along the selected treatment process; in fact, thanks to its modular design, more tanks can be provided, from classics to chromate pickling or phosphochromatising to the most sophisticated treatments with an oxidation anode. It is ideal to the aluminium treatment.
