Euro CAR extensions
The modularity and process simplicity of the Euro CAR system offers many configurations, as the possibility of more treatment stages to increase the quality finishing. The Euro CAR system can be divided into two lines, reducing the footprint and offers additional configuration options.
Euro CAR Standard:
Euro CAR in the standard configuration includes, in a single line, the succession of all technological processes; depending on the needs of the customer can add more stages of treatment. In this example:
piece loading (1)-> pre-treatment tunnel (degrease, washing) (2)-> drying oven (3)-> painting booth (4)-> curing oven (5) -> cooling, piece unloading (6).
Euro CAR Compact:
Euro CAR in the compact configuration is split on two lines and increases the possible configurations. In this example:
piece loading (1) -> piece translation (2) -> pre-treatment tunnel (degrease, washing) (3) -> drying oven (4) -> piece translation/masking (5) -> painting booth (6) -> curing oven (7) -> cooling, piece unloading (8).
