Production
Euroimpianti performs in-house production of most of the parts used in the making of its coating systems.
The production area is part of the factory and occupies an area of 1500 m2. It has an area destined to modern machines used in sheet cutting and press-forming. This area is managed by personnel specialised in using CAD/CAM instruments. After this area there are the work stations used for the assembly of different parts.
The other area of the production plant is dedicated to logistics and epoxy polyester coating used in finishing the same parts which enter in the making of our systems.
In fact, Euroimpianti pays utmost care to the aesthetic part of its systems, and is capable of satisfying even the most varied requests by its customers. For this reason, we have installed a Eurocar system on the remaining area which covers 1500 m2.
This system is perfectly suitable for the finishing of large size articles, such as, during all the phases in the pre-treatment tunnel. This obviously offers our customers the possibility to see a type of our complete systems available in the company, as well as others accessible in our show-room.
Euroimpianti also dedicates particular attention to all pre and post-productions processes. This way only first-class materials are chosen in the making of our systems, which are produced in accordance with strictest evaluation system and certification by our suppliers; cross-checks enable us to always offer maximum quality and reliability.
We have recently further expanded the plant by adding 1000 m2 dedicated to the logistics of finished articles ready for shipping, in order to avoid their outdoor storage in the 3500 m2 yard. These areas, together with the 1250 m2 show-room complete the production area of Euroimpianti srl that occupies a total area of 15000 m2.
