- loading station
- station for the automatic tilting of the pieces carrying jigs
- pre-treatment tunnel made up of 7 stages: degreasign, neutralisation, 2 rinses with fresh water, 2 rinses with demineralised water, passivation
- drying oven
- station for the restoration of the piece carrying jigs and vision inspection area
- spray painting booth placed inside a Clean Room

Komby multiline powder coating plant for finishing of pieces with maximum dimensions of W 2m x L 6m x H 2mThe system consists of:
- Manual washing booth with air filtration, walkable grate surface and and washing wastes collection tanks.
- Centralized cleaner system, equipped with automatic reel steel, stainless steel nonthermal spears and brackets. Skimming device with specific chemicals and rinse at low pressure.
- Static drying/curing oven with forced circulation of hot air, with side room for the heat exchanger.
- Powder manual booth, with walkable grate surface and dust extraction on the floor.
- Group self-cleaning cartridge filtration to ATEX standards.
- Manual monorail overhead conveyor roller 45 with sliding hooks and security systems for the perfect look of the tracks.
